Do I need a GP referral?

No. You do not need a medical referral to access our service.
Can I purchase a cam boot without an appointment?

Yes! You can purchase a cam boot which will be delivered to your nominated address. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss which boot and size would be most suitable for your injury.
How do I book an appointment?

There are a number of ways to book an appointment: Submit an online enquiry on the contact page. Email us at tom@acutefootandankle.com.au Call us on 0402 983 092. Please include your contact details, a brief outline of the injury and any relevant imaging history/results.
Where is the service based?

We are a mobile service and come to your home or other nominated address. We are based in Mornington VIC 3931 and service all surrounding suburbs including Frankston.
What is the wait time for an appointment?

You can usually get an appointment on the day or within 24 hours. We prioritise acute injuries as early intervention is imperative to good clinical outcomes.
